We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check in, relax, and complete any necessary consultation forms.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full service price will still apply.

For body treatments and massages, we provide disposable undergarments and robes. For facials, we recommend comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the neck area.
Yes, we offer specialized prenatal treatments. Please inform us during booking so we can tailor the service for your safety and comfort.
All our facials begin with a brief skin analysis. Our specialists will customize the treatment based on your skin type and specific concerns.
Lash Lifts typically last 6 to 8 weeks, while extensions require a touch-up every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain their full and lush appearance.
Most of our facials have zero downtime. However, for deeper treatments, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure and using SPF for at least 48 hours.
Service prices do not include gratuities. If you are happy with your service, a tip for your therapist is always appreciated but entirely at your discretion.
Guests must be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 16–17 may receive services if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We accept cash (USD and MXN), as well as all major credit and debit cards and SPEI Wire Transfers (Only Mexican Bank Accounts).
